PhaseWise may allow you to enter or save the following information:

• Cycle details, such as last period start date, average cycle length, and average period length.
• Daily logs, such as symptoms, mood, sleep, energy level, pain level, time of day, and personal notes.
• App preferences, such as language, theme, notification preferences, and reminder time.
• Premium access status related to in-app purchases or subscriptions.
• Your consent choice for AI-powered features.

2. Local Storage on Your Device

Most app data is stored locally on your device. This includes your cycle profile, daily logs, settings, reminders, and app preferences. We do not require you to create an account to use the app.

3. AI Features and Data Sharing

Some PhaseWise features use artificial intelligence to generate personalized wellness insights, such as AI explanations, daily guidance, and feeling forecasts.

Before any personal cycle data is sent for AI processing, the app asks for your permission. If you do not give permission, you can still use the app with local, non-AI guidance.

When you choose to use AI features, PhaseWise may send the following information for processing:

• Your current cycle phase and cycle day.
• Recent daily logs.
• Symptoms, mood, sleep quality, energy level, pain level, and notes you entered.
• Basic profile context used for personalization, such as language preference and selected goals.

This information is sent to the PhaseWise server and processed using Google Gemini to generate the AI response. The information is used only to generate the requested AI insight or guidance.

AI-generated responses are wellness guidance only. They are not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any medical condition. If you have health concerns, contact a qualified healthcare professional.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Show your estimated cycle phase and cycle day.
• Save and display your daily logs.
• Show trends for energy, pain, symptoms, and cycle history.
• Generate AI insights if you give permission and use AI features.
• Manage notification reminders that you choose to enable.
• Provide premium access after an in-app purchase or subscription.
• Improve app functionality and user experience.

5. Third-Party Services

PhaseWise may use the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini: used to process AI requests and generate AI responses after you give permission.
• Apple App Store / StoreKit: used to process in-app purchases, subscriptions, purchase restoration, and subscription status.
• Hosting provider: used to operate the PhaseWise server that routes AI requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

PhaseWise offers optional paid subscriptions through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Payment information is processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

The app may store subscription status locally so that premium features can be unlocked after a successful purchase or restored purchase.

7. Notifications

If you enable reminders, PhaseWise may send local notifications, such as daily log reminders, period reminders, or phase change reminders. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings and app settings.

8. Data Retention

Data stored locally remains on your device unless you delete the app or remove the data through device-level controls. AI request data is used to generate the requested response. We do not use AI request data to create a public profile of you.

9. Your Choices

You can:

• Use the app without enabling AI data sharing.
• Choose whether to use AI-powered features.
• Change notification settings at any time.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings.
• Delete the app from your device to remove locally stored app data from that device.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect information during transmission and processing. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s Privacy

PhaseWise is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. International Processing

If you use AI features, your information may be processed by servers or service providers located outside your country or region. By choosing to use AI features, you understand that this processing may occur where our service providers operate.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify users in the app or through the App Store listing.
